DEN Smart Home warrants this SmartStrike™ to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. During this warranty period, if the product fails to function properly due to a defect in materials or workmanship, DEN Smart Home will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the product, or provide an over-the-counter exchange of a new product at the place of purchase.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation or maintenance, accidents, or unauthorized modifications or repairs. Additionally, this warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages, such as loss of use or time, inconvenience, or commercial loss.

To make a warranty claim, please contact DEN Smart Home customer service at www.densmarthome.com. You will be required to provide proof of purchase, a description of the problem, and any other information that may be necessary to process your claim.

If a product exchange is required, please return the defective product to the place of purchase with your original sales receipt. The place of purchase will then provide an over-the-counter exchange of a new product.
